Brook Bartlett
D. Brook Bartlett (1937-2000) was a federal judge on the United States District Court for the Western District of Missouri.
Bartlett was nominated by President Ronald Reagan on July 9, 1981, to a seat vacated by John Oliver; he was confirmed by the Senate on September 16, 1981, and received commission three days later. He served as chief judge from 1995 until his death on January 21, 2000. Bartlett was succeeded in this position by Richard Dorr.
