Richard Jay Belzer (4 d'agostu de 1944, Bridgeport – 19 de febreru de 2023, Beaulieu-sur-Mer), más conocíu como Richard Belzer, foi un actor, actor de televisión, actor de cine y guionista d'Estaos Xuníos y Francia.
