Earth-1938 was one of the many universes in the multiverse. The universe was destroyed during the Anti-Monitor Crisis.
History[]
At some point, Lex Luthor was incarcerated in Federal Maximum-X Security Penitentiary Number One. He attempted to escape, but after killing a guard, was himself killed and disintegrated by Don's partner using a mechanical bug.[1]
During the Anti-Monitor Crisis, the universe was destroyed by antimatter wave.

Behind the scenes[]
- In the DC comics, Earth-1938 is the designation for a universe in which Earth was invaded by Martians in 1938, resulting in no World War II.
- As with Earth-38, however, the Earth's designation in the Arrowverse is a nod to the year Superman debuted.
